The product portfolio of the Mercedes-Benz unit comprises the van model range of the Mercedes-Benz brand: Vito and Viano, Sprinter (NAFTA as of January 2010: branded as Freightliner and Mercedes-Benz), and Vario. The main sales markets for vans are Europe (82%) and the NAFTA region (7%).
Mercedes-Benz vans has development and production sites worldwide. Most of these vehicles are produced in Germany; in addition, the unit produces in Spain, Argentina, the USA, Vietnam, and China (2009).
