Admission Tickets

Are only shareholders permitted to attend the Annual Meeting?

The AM is the most important event in the year for a German stock corporation, during which the stockholders are able to put their views to the senior management and to pass resolutions.

Therefore, the AM is primarily an event for the stockholders or their representatives only.

Function of the Admission Ticket?

By showing the Admission Ticket a shareholder can demonstrate his/her authorization to attend the AM. However, receipt of an Admission Ticket is no condition for attending the AM or for exercising voting rights but only conduces to facilitate the organization of the AM.

Shareholdes can order Admission Tickets using one of the addresses stated in the convocation to the AM. Orders must be received by the Company until Friday, April 5, 2013 at the latest.

Shareholders who are listed as shareholders in the share register can order admission tickets for the AM:
