As a company listed in the United States, Daimler like its predecessor DaimlerChrysler AG also submits its financial statement information on a regular basis to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). We file annual reports with the SEC on Form 20-F and submit our quarterly and half year interim reports on Form 6-K. Both forms are specifically designed to be used by foreign private issuers, such as Daimler, in place of the reports on Form 10-K or Form 10-Q filed by U.S. companies. Daimler has its registered office in Stuttgart, Germany.
