Media Management / Archives
A major part of these archives is made up of historical photographs from all corporate units: a total of approx. 2.3 million photos, including some 300,000 large-format negatives. The film and video material is recorded on some 1,100 media. This collection also comprises more than 200 sound documents. Numerous media are also available in electronic form.
A digital multi-media archive system makes a representative cross-section of this material available throughout the Group via the intranet, permitting archive research from every corporate location anywhere in the world. | ||||||
