The Daimler Compliance Organization
The task of Corporate Compliance Operations (CCO) is to create framework conditions and develop measures, which protect Daimler and its employees from wrong decisions and inappropriate conduct and concomitantly require and promote legally compliant conduct. As a central department, Corporate Compliance Operations supports the respective business units and companies in implementing their obligations and fulfilling their duties.
Our objective is to achieve sustained anchoring of legally conformant conduct across all units and processes. To ensure this, all Daimler employees must pull in the same direction. Compliance must be actively lived and exemplified by every Daimler employee. This is the only way to anchor the compliance philosophy into our corporate culture on an ongoing basis.
