Bodo Uebber has been a member of the Board of Management of Daimler AG since December 16, 2003, and is responsible for Finance & Controlling and Daimler Financial Services Division since December 16, 2004, as well as for Mergers & Acquisitions. In addition, he is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company (EADS N.V.).
He was born in Solingen on August 18, 1959. He studied engineering and economics at the Technical University Karlsruhe, completing a Diploma. He joined the then Messerschmitt-Bölkow-Blohm GmbH in 1985.
