Every one custom-made.
The luxury brand Maybach offered buyers almost every option to have the car bodywork designed to meet their individual requirements and personal style.
The driver enjoys a panorama view of the very special kind. Right in front of him, the mighty bonnet stretches out, culminating in Maybach’s trademark: the curved, triangular and vertically interwoven “MM” (for Maybach Motorenbau) on the characteristic radiator. The shining headlamp housings and the curved wings are arranged to the left and right of the radiator, doubling as demarcation and navigation aids. The spare wheels accommodated in the wings give the car the impression of wideness. The rear compartment provides space in abundance. Within the field of vision not of the driver but of passers-by are the large, gold-coloured
letters on the cross-beam between the headlamps, forming the majestic “ZEPPELIN” logo and featuring a golden wreath encircling the figure 12 underneath the radiator mascot. The dashboard is extremely well equipped, including mileage counter, speedometer, fuel gauge for the 135 litre tank, eight-day clock, coolant temperature gauge, oil pressure gauge, vacuum pressure gauge for the booster brake, starter injection control, starter button, manual throttle and starter flap controls and instrument lighting. The specifications also encompass two spare wheels, a horn from Bosch, headlamps, brake and reversing lights, a tail lamp, four integrated jacks – one per wheel – and a small compressor for inflating the tyres.
