Sales success for Setra in southeast Europe/central Asia. The bus maker, which belongs to the DaimlerChrysler Group, was able in May 2007 to deliver its first MultiClass 400 vehicles to Bulgaria.
Ulm – The six Setra S 415 UL buses went to the "Minibus Express" transport company, which is based in Burgas in the southwest of the country. The vehicles, from the Setra product segment of intercity vehicles, will be used by the new customer on local public transport routes in the Burgas region.
The new MultiClass 400 buses were first presented in the autumn of 2006. Alongside the TopClass 400, with its exclusive coaches, and the ComfortClass 400, with its economically attractive vehicles, the MultiClass 400 is the DaimlerChrysler premium brand's third product segment. Featuring a wide range of equipment variants, this generation of intercity buses is the ideal solution for private and public providers alike. Smooth exterior and interior styling provides the vehicles with the character of touring vehicles, but at the same time emphasizes the independence of this model series within the Setra product segments.
