Whether you visit our Mercedes me Stores* or log on to the Mercedes me customer portal with your Mercedes ID, you can always expect the best service from us.

At Mercedes me you will find a package of useful online services connected to your Mercedes-Benz and more – all selected and put together just for you. Simply log on – and the services from Daimler, Mercedes-Benz and our cooperation partners will be at your disposal.

These include, for example, our services from Mercedes me connect, Mercedes me assist and Mercedes me finance.

At Mercedes me connect we combine the numerous connectivity services from Mercedes-Benz. These services enable you to connect with your vehicle at any time and from anywhere.

  • Mercedes me connect includes Standard Services such as Accident Recovery, Maintenance and Breakdown Management, the Mercedes-Benz emergency call system, Telediagnostics and Live Traffic Information.
  • Mercedes me connect also offers Remote Online Services. These services allow you to remotely check the fuel gauge, control the air conditioning system, open and close doors and locate your car, for example.

At Mercedes me assist you will find all mobile services and apps relating to vehicle maintenance and repair. In this area you can enquire about service appointments and look at the current digital service report or service history of your car.

Mercedes me finance is all about financial services. This is the place for you if you want to finance, lease or insure a vehicle, or if you wish to manage existing contracts, for example.

But that's not all: Mercedes me offers access to various mobility services under the tab Mercedes me move, and under Mercedes me inspire access to a broad range of news and entertainment content. Here you can plan journeys, communicate with other users and our experts, or take a look at offers that we have put together specially for you.

We are constantly developing all of our services, contents and offers. You decide when and where you want to use them – in your car, at home on the sofa via your tablet, on your smartphone or in person at one of our 'Mercedes me' Stores.*

Note: The 'Mercedes me' Portal is currently available in 15 European countries**. Denmark, Liechtenstein, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, China and the USA will be added in 2016. From 2017 users in Japan and South Korea will also be able to access Mercedes me.

* Currently, there are 'Mercedes me' Stores in Hamburg, Munich, Milan, Tokyo, Beijing and Hong Kong. Further store openings are planned.
