Today Mercedes-Benz CharterWay and the Mercedes-Benz bank offer service packages to haulage operators that cover not only financing and procurement, but also the rental of vans and trucks for a range of mobility requirements.
CharterWay rental offers rapid and efficient transport solutions with straightforward financing and handling for any required term. Customers can take advantage of a pool of rental vehicles that also covers almost all specialist mobility solutions, such as refrigerated, construction or refuse vehicles right through to heavy-duty transport vehicles with or without trailer or semi-trailer.
CharterWay’s haulage operator model offers sub-contractors the option to lease vehicles in the colours of the carrier they drive for.
Today's range of options from Mercedes-Benz CharterWay is based on the authorised Mercedes-Benz sales and service network in many European countries. CharterWay’s rental fleet comprises over 6,000 vehicles in Germany alone. The vans and trucks of this rental fleet are mainly fitted with BlueTec 5 diesel technology and thus comply with the EURO V exhaust directive. On top of this are the latest safety packages and innovations for fuel saving and environmental protection, such as intelligent stop-start functionality, cool-slide partition walls in refrigerated vehicles, resource-conserving tyres and aerodynamic attachments. | ||||||||
