As a supplier capacity manager, you will be independently responsible for securing the production supply for selected component volumes throughout the entire lifecycle. During the entire contract term, you will actively control the consideration of appropriate capacity requirements from the awarding phase, through the setting up of production capacity at the supplier's, to their adaptation to changed quantity requirements. You master the conflict of objectives between maximum quantity flexibility and the avoidance of capacity adjustment costs.

As a project manager you will work in an interdisciplinary and international environment directly at the interface between development, quality planning, the production plant and the project organisation. You will coordinate demanding and varied tasks with a focus on supplier quality and the degree of component maturity within various vehicle projects.
