Each path takes you on a journey through alternating project and Lab phases accompanied by various trainings, seminars and a mentoring program with our top-management. At the end of the program, an unlimited DMO work contract and a promising future are waiting for you.
Project Phases (5x3 months)
The project phases are dedicated to exploring the company through five individual assignments. From day one on, you will get the chance to demonstrate your skills by supporting cutting-edge, cross-organizational projects and by developing digital state-of-the-art mobility and financial solutions for our customers in an agile working environment.
The following assignments are planned for the project phases:
• at our headquarter in Stuttgart
• in a cross-organizational department
• in at least one regional entity around the globe
• one in department of your choice
Lab Phase (3 months)
During your Lab phase you will get the chance to solve a relevant business challenge provided by our top-management. Together with your trainee colleagues, you will form an autonomously acting, diverse and international team. You get the opportunity to work and act independently from organizational structures, supported by a team of specialized coaches – a chance to experience the creative power of teamwork!
Strengthening your leadership skills
It is our common goal to prepare you for a leading position at DMO (Daimler Mobility AG). We believe that complementing your can-do attitude with early responsibilities and various internal and off-site trainings and seminars will ensure you are ready for any task you might face! To round things off, you will also benefit from a mentoring program, where you can rely on visibility with top management as well as advice and support from our executive managers.
