Choose your own path
At the start of the program you’ll put together your individual program plan. This will be done in coordination with your mentor and HR advisor, and will be further developed during the program. Your stay in the Leaders’ Lab will be comprised of a minimum of four projects with international assignments covering:
- work experience in your field of expertise,
- cross-unit deep dives into topics outside of your current scope,
- cross-company exchanges with other global players
- and projects that put you close to our board of management.
You’ll also have the opportunity to participate in numerous additional personal development measures such as:
- virtual taskforces,
- social projects,
- leading panels
- and training camps.
Soar and develop
In order to move forward, it’s essential to know where you’re standing and what you’ve already achieved. That’s why we implement regular individual 360° feedback sessions throughout the program. In these reviews you’ll assess your present performance and set new goals for your future – together with your dedicated Daimler top-management mentor and your HR advisor.
Lead from start to finish
Apart from attaining practical know-how, the program focuses on developing your effective leadership skills in a continuous flow. This means that you’ll work on challenging projects right from the start. You’ll partially take on leadership roles at an early stage of your program. So that after successfully completing the program, you’ll be ready to start in a management position.
