Women have always played a significant role in Daimler's success. Where once Bertha Benz lent a helping hand in the development of the engine, our female employees today are inventing the drive systems of tomorrow, making improvements to products and production processes, and coming up with entirely new solutions.
With our Daimler Women Days in Sindelfingen, we aim to show just what we as a company have to offer. Every year, selected participants are invited to explore their professional future with us. Explore which business areas– from research and development to manufacturing or after-sales – might appeal to you. The focus is very much on interaction. Engaging talks and insights focused on automotive and manufacturing themes, and on development and working across the globe, will demonstrate the contribution that women make to our company.
• Exclusive orientation talks with managers and HR experts
• Inspiring presentations on the future of mobility
• Dialog with experts and managers
• Exciting insights into our company
