Mercedes-Benz Vans Service Centers support supply networks

March 24, 2020 - Up to 2,500 service centers in Europe remain in operation wherever possible

Police forces and firefighters, ambulance services, municipal authorities, service technicians, logistics and delivery services: vehicles from Mercedes-Benz Vans are on duty in most public and private sectors. To ensure supply and disposal, as well as emergency services in the current situation, and to uphold the provision for the society, Mercedes-Benz Vans is doing everything possible to continue to supply their customers with spare parts and maintenance services.

For this, most of the about 2,500 Mercedes-Benz Vans service centers in Europe remain open. Wherever organisationally possible - and subject to respective legal and official requirements – the company pursues the goal of maintaining its service, even though opening hours might be changed and workforce might be reduced.

The objective is to carry out urgent repairs for commercial vehicles for transport and logistics, as well as emergency services, and to keep the vehicles of the customers concerned running and supplied with spare parts. The mentioned vehicles must be available to ensure supply and disposal in the current situation, and will be therefore given priority.

Naturally, the health of Mercedes-Benz Vans’ customers and employees is top priority. All necessary measures are being taken by the company and subject to respective legal and official requirements to ensure the protection of our customers and employees at the service locations that remain open.
