Among other things, the bus services include servicing and repair with a supply of original spare parts, vehicle maintenance, breakdown assistance and a mobility service.

24-hour SERVICE with remote diagnostics
Even if a journey is perfectly prepared, a small defect can force a full bus to make an unexpected stop. In the least favorable case, this can be in the middle of the night or in a foreign country. If such an undesirable interruption to the journey occurs, the ServiceCard comes into play. The OMNIplus 24-hour SERVICE contacts an experienced service center in the vicinity and takes care of the bus on the spot. The remote diagnostics offer is new: With the installed FleetBoard device, it is possible to transmit the current vehicle location and the diagnostic data of the vehicle to the OMNIplus hotline at the press of a button. The replacement bus service from OMNIplus works quite simple if a quick repair during a journey with passengers is not possible: Another OMNIplus customer makes one of their buses available, including the driver.
SmartMobility for the time a vehicle is in the workshop
The driver can expect to receive exclusive support when the bus interrupts its journey at a participating European service center: For a small token charge, a smart is provided for this period. As a result, the driver is mobile again after only a few minutes.
Bus depot management at the customer's workshop
Depending on the design of the contract, service technicians carry out regular maintenance and repair works, including up to all painting and body works, directly on the customer's premises at the depot. This saves unnecessary ways, downtimes and administration costs.
